"I would like to share a stunning, wonderful model with YOU, my reader, about the incredible mysteries of nature. Today, January 25th, 2024, I believe, the amazing factual evidence I'm about to share with you, has deep personal implications as well as critical, forward-looking public town and city, county and state, as well as essential federal "green spaces" policies planning implications, and therefore, necessary "mandates" moving forward. Thank YOU Thomas Square for the very tangible, clear, easy-to-understand illustrative details both firmly planted and strewn across your metropolitan landscape. Our lesson(s) actually began in our high school biology class (and for some of us that was many years ago). Remember those lessons and facts? Well, probably not. But, I remember one small incident as if it occurred just yesterday. Our teacher asked us, based upon our reading, how trees captured Carbon Dioxide (CO2) from the air. The question stumped our entire class. Nevertheless, I ventured a tentative reply. "Through small holes on the bottom side of the leaf," was my answer. "Correct," was our teacher's instant reply. I too was stunned. No, since my high schools days, I have not specialized in biology. But, I have gifted friends, who have guided me. And, my internet research is another source. I believe, what I am about to tell you is all factually accurate. Spoiler Alert: This is my very simple, central argument and view. Think of our trees around us as huge, green "vacuum clearners," which are quietly sucking the very harmful, invisible carbon dioxide (CO2) toxins out of our precious, life-giving air that we breath. And, while clearing the air, immediately simultaneously pump essential oxygen (O2), that we and all other life-forms, which breathe, desperately need to live. So, trees, in effect help to clear and clean our air to refresh it's contents. So, this is my simple, straight-forward, easy to understand overarching model. Tragically, according to many experts, it's primarily the unseen, odorless toxic dramatically rising carbon dioxide (CO2) content levels in our air, that are DIRECTLY contributing to rising temperatures around the world. And, temperatures appear to be rising. Therefore, together, we must weigh-in to reverse this potentially life-threatening pattern. Also, in addition to having all the necessary illustrations at Thomas Square, for my "show-and-tell," the name Thomas Square conjures up another infamous, iconic Saint's name. Forever, Christian scripture has cast one disciple, by the name of Thomas, as the "doubting disciple," who in the end, required tangible, physical evidence in order to truly believe of Jesus' return visit to his disciples following his crucifixion. Anyway, the Thomas association adds another humorous dimension to our discussion. Needless to say, I will attempt to simply, succinctly, accurately assemble and endeavor to explain my key, factual points with clear illustrations. Patiently consider my leading points, in my following "show-and-tell" throughout my following presentation. Now please stand by, fasten your seatbelts. Let our short, defining saga begin. Doubt my claims? Then, please test my thesis. I believe that it will stand up against your withering scrutiny. Yes, of course, this pun is absolutely intended."

"A nice place to camp if you’re homeless. If you’re not, it’s still a nice, safe park in the centre of the city to sit or stroll around. I didn’t venture to the bathrooms, however. Massive and very cool banyan tree gazebo in the middle of the park."

"Pretty park in the middle of big city. Nothing to do other than look. The trees are beautiful and the water feature in the middle adds a nice touch. The park was clean and also has a statue of King Kamehameha III."
