"The wings of some flavors are a bit too hard and dried while some are still good. And some tastes over fried while some are not. I expect this famous chainstore to be more consistent for its quality. Kindaf disappointed coz I did have good experience in the past in other chain in Asia."

"Ordered online ahead because I know they're always busy during dinner. Received order confirmation via email at 7:28. Email said eta is 16-21min so that translates to about 7:45-7:50. I went to Magnolia next door and ordered a shake, that was at 7:40. After they made it, I put it in my car then came in Wingstop. It was busy as expected. It took 2-3min for my turn (among other's who've already placed orders and door dashers picking up) to tell the cashier that I'm picking up my online order under Rikki. He said they're still working on it; fine. I go use the restroom for a few min. Came back and asked another cashier if Rikki's was called while I was in the restroom, he said no still working on it. I go take a seat. I hear them call out orders after orders of ppl who arrived after me and ordered in store. So I finally ask around 8:15 how long more for Rikki and the cashier walks in the back and looks at the receipts of food being made and then returns to the front and looks at the packed up ones ready for pick up and LO And BEHOLD mine was sitting there for God only knows how long. My name is LITERALLY written on the front of the bag and the FACT that I checked in with both of the guys manning the front where I told them my name and they checked and found out it was still being made and they saw me sitting down right by the register this whole time. As I was receiving it, I told the guy so it was here this whole time and y'all didn't call out for it? His response: "I guess so." This warranted speaking to a manager but I've been waiting there for half an hour after it was supposed to be ready for pick up and I was starving at this point I just wanted to gtfo of that place while recollecting the events of how tf they skipped calling out my order when they called everyone else's before and after mine smh. Idgaf how busy you are, I get it, but like seriously I told both cashiers my name and they both checked on it twice on different occasions. AND I'VE BEEN WAITING THERE THE LONGEST - no concern like uh that Rikki guy's been waiting there sitting by the register for almost half an hour where is his damn order that I checked on earlier? Damn idiots!"

"Ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The seasoned fries and the chicken sandwich was crazy salty. The dip helped but it was way too salty. Had a few work colleagues have a taste and they also concured. Not sure if I'd chance it and give it another go next time."

"I got my food online and they forgot my fries. Whenever im ordering online they would always forget smth. And i found this in my drink..wth wingstop. I cant tell what it is but i need my money back."
