"I am absolutely disgusted with the abhorrent treatment I received at this organization. Not only did they fail to provide me with my relieving letter or experience letter, but they also subjected their employees to a toxic environment filled with political maneuvering and backstabbing. It's infuriating how they manipulate and mistreat their staff, only to discard them like trash once they've served their purpose. Despite my loyalty and dedication, they had the audacity to blame me for things I never did. This organization is nothing but a facade of superiority masking its shallow and deplorable inner workings. I urge anyone considering joining this company to think twice before subjecting themselves to such reprehensible treatment."

"I have stayed there for a weekend and was very disappointed. The sink was clogged. I contacted them right away and they said they will send someone to fix it, but no one showed up. The next day I went down to front desk to let them know that the sink is clogged up and to send someone to fix it. Again they said “we’ll send someone right away”. I was out all day. When I came back again the sink was no where to have been fixed. Finally called them at night on Saturday to request a late check out on Sunday. They said that I had to go through my 3 rd party “booking” and let them know. Or another way to give a late check out is They can send me a link to my phone ( which that’s where I’m reviewing them on rn) which they did and if I give them 5 stars for rooms, service and location they will let me do late check out. Then I said “you’re black mailing me”, snd refused to give them any good reviews and shared with them the sink situation, and that no one showed up to fix it! Then they said you we’re supposed to contact your 3rd party “booking”!!!! Also the place wasn’t the cleanest either just an FYI. Ps: I always do my reservation on a 3rd party and I have never experienced this ever before. I would never stay there again."

"The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. At night the whole room smelled like weed, I’m almost wondering if some isn’t stashed in the heat vents in my room. I’m posting this at 4:30am if that’s any indication of how often you will be woken up feeling sick from the smell. Luckily my kids didn’t notice, although I am worried about their exposure. You get charged if you request anything. To get onto the strip is a LONG walk through the property and if you go outside around the pool like they suggest it gets confusing, this ending in a longer walk. With 2 kids, one just barely too big for a stroller, this was not fantastic. The suites are large and have views. I’m on the 33rd floor and can still hear the construction vehicles outside and additional road noise. The toilets don’t flush well, the dishwasher isn’t installed properly and wiggles a ton each time you open and close it. Fancy Bosch and Miele appliances. So to recap, biggest pluses: view, room size, upgraded appliances, clean. Biggest minuses: road noise at night, waking up multiple times a night feeling sick from weed smell, charging a service fee if you need towels or anything, and getting out of the hotel unless you drive. The valets are quick and great! I felt safe while there. I have not addressed any of these issues with the owners because I don’t think the service industry should charge you additionally if you bring any concerns to them. I don’t know if my husband booked through Amalz or Signature Suites but they are the same property."

"This is exactly the level of professionalism and commitment to service that I look for! Every step of my trip was carefully coordinated, with easy to follow communication. Other hotel services should take lessons from the Amalz team. I really enjoyed the rooms and amenities. My favorite part about my suite was that you get 3 VIEWS! One from the balcony, one from the bedside, and one from behind the bedroom entertainment center. Amalz is now easily my top choice to book with!"

"I had the most extraordinary and memorable experience during my recent two-night stay at the Signature Penthouse Suite at MGM Grand Las Vegas. The interior design of the penthouse suite was tastefully appointed with exquisite furnishings, creating an ambiance of sophistication and comfort. The suite provided a haven of relaxation and tranquility amidst the vibrant energy of the Las Vegas Strip. In particular, I liked the in-room jacuzzi tub with soothing water jets and the great service of the on-site staff. From the stunning suite itself to the exceptional service and prime location, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I would totally stay there again."
