"Everything about my stay here was wonderful! Front Desk ladies are very polite & friendly, super helpful with anything I needed my entire stay. Clean rooms! Not to mention they have this amazing restaurant inside the lobby called Jazzyblu, it’s such a great spot when I want to get away from the strip or downtown! Food was excellent from the banana pudding straight down to the prime rib. My server was the best I can’t wait until my next trip to Vegas Im most definitely going to stay here again and again and again!!!! You guys have to check this out!"
"Stayed here Super Bowl weekend. The rooms were very nicely remodeled. My only complaint would be the seedy parking in the back. It’s extremely dark back there with the homeless rummaging through the trash. Each time we came back to our room and parked back there, the homeless were hanging out asking for a cigarette or change. We Tried to get front street parking, but no spots were available. Our cable on the TV kept disconnecting from the WiFi. Luckily, we weren’t in the room much but to sleep. So we didn’t bother to complain. Front staff were nice and sweet. Checkin was a breeze. Hotel looks like it’s had a complete makeover. $200 cash deposit was nice. No waiting for our credit card to be charged back after 5 days. Thanks Serene for a nice experience."
"I was very happy with every aspect of the experience. I do recommend if you're going to come here, they of course will have a resort fee. Ours was refundable, so I recommend if you have this to pay that portion in cash or on a credit card you don't plan to use. That way you can get it back at the end of your stay without having to wait somewhere around 10 business days."
"The Serene Hotel is a hidden gem. The staff was always professional and greeted the guests with care and concern. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. It was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. It beats the 5-star hotels with the extravagant prices. You can not beat the price and the comparison prices they offer. Best on a budget visit."
