Halona Blowhole Lookout

"What a wonderful spot and so scenic. Parking was tight but it seems like there are enough people leaving to accommodate people showing up. We were there on a Saturday afternoon as well so I imagine it is max crowd at that time. It was super windy but I’m guessing that made the waves bigger!"

"My husband and I went here last year while on a guided tour bus. We brought our kids back this year to explore the beach. While the view are great from the top. We snuck down to the beach area off to the far right of the sight viewing. It's a little climb down but worth it. The sand glitters and sparkles as my kids said and we let them run around and climb on the rocks while they were with us. They loved it. People were snorting and lots of younger people there but we didn't care and they didn't see to mind us either!"

"Beautiful! But unfortunately the swell of waves were not large/strong enough to see the water come through. Nevertheless, it was still beautiful though, got to see a glimpse of a whale's tail and the splash, tried to get a pic but whale didn't come up again, not that I could see. Saw two turtles bopping around. The water looked gorgeous. There were a handful of brave souls swimming in there. Recommend going for the scenery."

"A beautiful stop on the way around the island. Beautiful nature, coast and ocean view and of course Halona Blowhole. You can park here for free and observe nature. There are no restrooms. The place is only accessible by car. It's accessible for disabled people."

"The blowhole is most active when the tide is high and the winds are strong. Unfortunately when we were there, these conditions were absent and we could not see any waves being caused to shoot high up. Nevertheless, the scenery in the surrounding areas is gorgeous. Many cars stopped here to view the beautiful scenery"
