"Outdated with a ghetto feel rental properties . Needs some major TLC remodeling for the price you pay . Very disappointed but even more for this reason--- Management is VERY rude. I was rinsing off from the beach and was approached by manager that was large and disheveled, telling me to not come back to the condominiums , assuming I wasn't a guest. When I explained my family was staying there he began taking pictures of me and told me not to come back. It was the most bizarre and uncomfortable experience , mind you I am 8 months pregnant! When I called management , Martha from Beach Breeze Maui Vacation Rentals , I was told she would follow up. She called me back the next week saying that I must have dressed inappropriate to prompt the attention from the "manager" who approached me . Martha is now ignoring my concern and calls. Unbelievable and I was in a normal bathing suit trying to enjoy a holiday with family !! We will never ever stay at a rental run by Martha from Beach breeze . I suggest you look elsewhere to enjoy your vacation in a classier setting and book with someone much more professional . It's a very unpleasant interaction and poor management is a no go for a delightful vacation. Unprofessional with no Aloha spirit. It was Thanksgiving Day really put a damper on the holiday. Don't book with this company"
"Had to deal with rat in the apartment which liked to come out from its hiding place at night. Even though rental manager placed a trap, it eluded it. I was up all night 2 nights in a row trying to keep it out of the bedrooms. Manager sent someone next morning to get it out of bathroom where i locked it in. Thank you for that but manager negotiated a credit agreed upon verbally then failed to keep agreement. Manager has not responded to explain why. Unethical....."
"We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was absolutely adorable and spotless. Will definitely come back the next time we visit Waiohuli Beach Hale!"
