"Do Not Under Any Circumstances use Rosie's Rentals! Please visit Maui Bound on FB for guest beware and recommendations for reputable companies. Rosie's Rentals has refused refunds to guests who were ordered not to come to Maui during the first 2 weeks after fires. Rosie's Rentals has kept tens of thousands of dollars from impacted guests between August 11th -August 31st and has refused to work with them. This is not the first time. During the Covid pandemic, Rosie's Rentals refused refunds or to work with guests after the guests were unable to keep travel during mandated lockdowns. Many Maui businesses and condos have worked with guests, this is Not one of them. Guest Beware! Rosie's Rentals,the cost of refunds is minimal in comparison to the cost of lost business. Do the right thing!"

"We spent 4 nights in Room 513 and had an enjoyable stay. The remodeled unit had a great oceanfront view. The trade winds died down a couple of nights and there was no a/c, but luckily there were several fans! Unfortunately we had to keep the large sliding door closed at night to keep out beetles that came in through its screen door cracks, so a/c would have been ideal. On-site construction was not disruptive, but nearby street construction was noisy starting at 9 AM each weekday."

"We stayed at Kihei Surfside Resort #605 for a week on our recent trip. Love the location---it is centrally located and minutes to the beach parks and Wailea. Our room had an ocean view and we always caught the sunset which was beautiful! The apt had a kitchen/utensils to tackle any leftovers. There's a pool on the property which is open till 9pm. The property also has a large lawn/park where you can play games, chill or watch the sunset which is amazing! Parking is abundant and free. The only reason I knocked a star was because there is no AC in the apartment. We knew this when we were booking but once we got there, even with two fans running, with Hawaii weather (not even peak summer) and the sun facing the apt most of the day, it was very hot on most of the days. It seems like they are working on installing ACs in the units so can't wait to go back to an even cooler apartment:)"
