"Nice location, property management was polite, and the exterior landscaping was well maintained. However, the halls need paint, and the lighting was poor. The condo we had (#207) was just ok. One of the issues I had with it was they advertised AC, but they had it locked to go no lower than 73 degrees. Which made the bedroom warmer than that (at least 75f) and uncomfortable for my wife and I. No where was this explained in the listing. I can't recommend them because of this deceptive practice. Lesson learned, I will ask any booking in the future if there is a restriction on the AC. Hope this helps!"

"We’ve come here three years in a row for our anniversary and we will be back! We love it here! Steps to the beach to swim. Recommend swim shoes for the rough bottom and a kick board for the less brave in ocean waves. The views from the lanais are beautiful, serene and relaxing. Enjoy warm malasadas and coffee from Sugar Beach Bakeshop on the lanai in the morning! Paradise!"

"We've been to this resort a few times now and it's always a good decision. We normally book through ABB. Units have been clean, updated, and with a gorgeous view! Amenities include BEACH FRONT, pool, hot tub, loungers, BBQs, central kehei location. Your own experience will vary with your unit however the grounds are always clean and safe. Parking is easily accessible. And you can even order deliver services from around town. Overall I recommend Sugar beach resort for your next family or couple vacation."

"Loved the location! The pool was nice, and the hot tub was big. Check-in was super easy. They have a big parking lot with easy access to the condos. The sunsets are amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. They could use new sliding glass doors on the lanai."
