"This place was fantastic—the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was an amazing place to relax with a coffee or cocktail. The condo was stocked with everything you could want for a Hawaiian vacation: a well-supplied kitchen, a W/D, A/C, beach gear, games, books, and even welcome chocolate macadamias and coffee for that first morning. The place was spotless and a short walk to all the seafront Kona shops. We were sad to leave and would love to stay here again."

"This was a dream vacation! This property was absolutely gorgeous with a huge lanai (appears to be biggest on property), views of the ocean, and views to the most beautiful sunsets. The property felt luxurious and the people are friendly. The family pool closes at 8 which seems a bit early. Walking distance to the beach as well as to the Shops of Wailea was a plus. Love the location. Sunscreen and towels are provided at the pools. It is quite expensive but would love to return!"

"Our stay was nice at Mahina Surf #111 the unit was as described/pictured. Only issues we had was no access to the safe due to being locked. And we had issues with the remotes that controlled the light/fan in both the bedroom and family room (no switch to turn off/on manually). Reached out to office the first day it happened ( Thursday) and was told they would have it checked and would get code to get into safe. Nothing was done. Later that night we managed ourselves to get remotes to function properly. Come Saturday night we were woken up at 1am with lights and fans coming on and off on their own. Reached out to office, maintenance came by, could not fix, stated part was needed. Needless to say nothing was resolved during our stay. I would highly recommend some darkening curtains for bedroom the exterior lights shine in pretty bright. The sprinklers going off in the very early am hours woke us up every morning (this is with all the windows closed in the entire unit)."

"Kahana Reef 120 was an excellent choice for us. A ground floor unit with excellent amenities. A small beach right near the unit provided access to a sandy beach and a snorkeling area. A nice welcoming gift was on the counter. Everyday we were able to watch the whales as they were moving through the area. This is a very quiet condo where others staying here were considerate of space and noise. The grassy area right out the door was an amazing place to enjoy the waves and sunshine. We would definitely rent this unit again. The agent from Coldwell Banker Island Vacations was extremely helpful in booking this unit for us."
