"Ms. Jenifer was our sales rep. She had asked I leave a review back in November when hubby and I purchased a dining set and our sectional. Problem with that is we had to wait until this month to get our sectional (backordered) and there was no way I was leaving any type of review without seeing the very pricey thing I bought. Especially since our experience with one of the other large furniture companies was frigging awful a couple of years ago. So, here we go… Jenifer was awesome, knowledgeable and very patient. She also gave us tips when we thought we might get a slightly more expensive sectional, which helped us go with what we bought. We picked up the dining set the day before Thanksgiving, and it was lovely. Yesterday, our sectional was finally delivered with the rug I’d chosen, woohoo! "Jenifer was absolutely amazing! We came in on a Friday just to look around and we were promptly greeted warmly by multiple hosts. However, Jenifer was the best person for us. She was extremely helpful and encouraging. We hadn't planned to spend money on Friday and she didn't push us for more. We decided to come back on Sunday to see if we could find the sofa and table we fell in love with on Friday. Shockingly, they were there!
