"The window in our room doesn't lock, the latch appears to be broken so the window doesn't seal. Wind was blowing in all night keeping us up. The freeway noise is also very loud if your facing that side, also not helped by the broken window. Minor point but Breakfast doesn't start until 7, if you work, or your on a trip chances are your gone by then which was true in our case so we missed out on that. The window though really ruined the stay. I can say the staff was very friendly. We stayed in 402"
"Prefer this hotel over the Downtown courtyard because parking is easier and the gym is really nice. The room quality is the same. There is some highway noise so not the best for light sleepers - it’s not worse than the element if you’re facing Virginia Street."
"We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, quiet and the staff were great! My only complaint was the shower in the room we stayed in. There was a big crack and it was not fixed correctly. Room also could have been a bit cleaner but I would stay here again."
"Reno is an entertainment destination. This hotel is not near anything related to entertainment. It was not my choice, my company made the arrangements. They don't have food available during a major part of the day. The Bistro opens at night and had one person doing everything. He was great, but should not have to do everything himself. I would never choose this hotel."
"Super clean rooms, friendly staff. Towels aplenty, extra bedding provided in the closet. Smart TVs in the room so casting your phone is a go. Located in a quiet, clean, and safe area. Will be returning for my next trip to Reno!"
