"Spent 2 nights absolutely wonderful. The location kinda sucks but not anymore than most places in Reno. I say it socks only because it's right there on S. Virginia so you can definitely hear it. The movie theater is right there so to me it makes up for the parking garage right there too. They have above average customer service. Beautiful, clean pool and hot pool. The rooms fully stocked with dishes, extra towels. Happy hour ,great breakfast. Will definitely stay again!!"

"My wife and I come to Reno each year for business as exhibitors at the Reno Convention Center. We found the Element after they had just opened in 2023 and had an incredible time on so many levels. We came back again this year and were not disappointed. I almost hate to write reviews because more and more folks will discover this property and there won't be availability next year! I write these reviews because the staff just needs to know they have a great place and their service was appreciated. You folks are stellar! Thanks for another great stay. We'll be back next year we hope! By the way, you have the best hot tub anywhere and we stay all over the country! Nothing better than your spa at night when snow is falling!"

"Element Reno has become my top choice for accommodation whenever I visit for business or leisure, and snowboarding trips. The exceptional service and warmth of the staff consistently exceed our expectations. From the moment I step foot into the hotel, I am greeted by a team of friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One staff member, in particular, stands out for her dedication to cleanliness and hospitality. Despite her busy schedule, she always finds time to offer assistance with a genuine smile, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. Most importantly, Element Reno's pet-friendly policies have made traveling with my dog a stress-free experience. The staff's attentiveness to both guests and their furry companions creates a welcoming environment that truly feels like a home away from home."

"I booked this hotel, because it’s the meeting point for a snowshoe trip and it’s convenient to the airport. It is bright, modern, quiet, and spotlessly clean. My room has a king bed and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. Gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower and quality toiletries. Staff is friendly and efficient. The waiter helped me cobble a vegan dinner together from the bar menu. The lobby, bar, and hot breakfast area are all very dog friendly, so if this bothers you this is not the hotel for you. I’m traveling solo, but was in items to join folks at the next table as I’d been admiring their small dog. There were also 2 frenchies, a doodle, and a cattle dog mix. All were well-behaved and kept to their people. The hot breakfast included a cereal bar, bagels, English muffins, croissants, egg bites, bacon, and French toast (with blueberries or strawberries). Coffee, hot tea, orange, apple, and cranberry juices. Extensive milk selection from slim to half-and-half and oat milk! I’ll be back for a night at the end of my trip, and I’m really looking forward to it."

"I’ve stayed at the Element several times, and each time has only gotten better. The staff is always kind and welcoming and they’re quick with check in etc. I enjoyed staying in a studio room last time, it has a kitchenette. Ideal for longer stays. Ty for the upgrade!!((: The rooftop hot tub /pool is superb. They have a spacious “lobby” to lounge or do computer work and then grab a drink if that’s your thing. Def in my top two spots to stay in Reno!"
