"These guys have been extremely helpful multiple times. Had an FFL only item shipped to them and they were easy to work with (they also charged a relatively low fee compared to others in town). Even brought in an upper recently that I didn't even purchase from them and they removed the flash hider for me no charge no questions asked on the spot. "I have no freaking words; I don't even know how to write a review for outstanding customer service. First time in this shop today, felt kind of intimidated walking in there, but they made me feel like I was one of their regular customers. All the men in there had so much knowledge to give me on how to start prepping, and it really felt amazing being able to ask questions without feeling dumb at all. I would 110% be back for more business; they earned a loyal customer. Ended up buying a plate carrier, got there around 1:23 pm, and didn't end up leaving till 4. Now that's great freaking customer service!"
