"Thank you all for your reviews! Needed my crossbody Kate Spade handle to be repaired (this seems to be a common brand that is brought here). Didn't want to get rid of it, since it's still in good condition. Read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. It's in my neighborhood, parked around the corner of the shop (before the Post Office), walked in after 9:30 a.m. on Fri, 5/12/23 and the man was able to help me right away. He took a look at it and said he can fix it with a rivet and I said okay. Told me to wait and less than 10 min. he was done! Cost $11 (cash only). It's not the same as the other side because the handle was sewn, but at least it's functional again. Very happy with the job he did and I will definitely be back!"
