"I bought a bag from Tory Burch and decided to exchange it for something else. They said that they can’t let me exchange it because the tags were not on the bag and there was dust in the bag. I’ve never heard of a company that wouldn’t let you exchange/return an item because the tags are off. It’s normal for people to try on the bag at the store, liking it, then bring it home still liking it so you rip off the tags thinking you will like it, then put all your things in and decide that it’s just not what you want so decide to exchange it. Even if you have your receipt, you still can’t exchange/return unless tags are attached to it. What a joke!!!"
