"After reading the Google reviews, i decided to check out U.I.C. for myself....this place is very well organized and kept clean. I went in to get some blank shirts and hats to get airbrushed & was a little disappointed that Rich (the tall white guy working) wasn't very friendly when i entered and greeted him before he could run to the register. He never once offered or asked if i needed help with anything. When i had questions, he answered them with an attitude as if i irritated him by being there. He stared at me the whole time i was debating which one or two sunglasses i was going to buy. The kids hats were very dusty, I didn't want to try and dust it off and make it worse instead. Thats how bad it was. It was disappointing because the kids selection is minimal. After I spent about 30 minutes & $147 on there, Rich didn't even say thank you. And the only reason i know his name is because it's on my recipet. next week when i take my huaband to check out the place i hope to have a better vibe in there cause the customer service was what brought it down to only 2 stars."
