"the staff members are rude & uncooperative. The tag policy is stupid. First of all a staff member took my purse after i took the tag off to scan it closer due to the camera not reading the QR code although she SEEN me take the tag off & after the fact that I literally PURCHASED the bag!!! I had my receipt with proof that it was the first item I scanned & paid for!!! 4 days after I came back to return an item, the purse was back in the bag section for $50 when it was literally $15 the day I bought it & RETURNED because the whole situation felt off. Second my friend was racially profiled from the same workers and made false accusations against my friend who paid for all 13 items which came out to $113 yet the staff member continued to yell at my friend saying “you only paid for 4 items” how does 4 items at the THRIFT STORE come out to $113??? It’s not adding up. They didn’t search anybody else’s bags either & made my friend extremely uncomfortable. Do better & DON’T have false claims without proof when a worker was already trying to help my friend scan an item since the bar code wasn’t working AGAIN after my incident. Mind you this happened the same day I went back to return an item!!! Completely ruined my thrifting experience."

"Prices are too high for a thrift store! I recommend lowering them a bit more so that people can spend less on items that are second handed. I got some really nice pacsun pants here for $15, original price is $60 so it’s a steal."

"My daughter & I shopped here yesterday & had a bad experience! First of all the items are way overpriced !! I agree with the other reviews that this place is getting GREEDY!!!we spent over $200 yesterday! The staff & a manager ( all Filipinos ) we’re RUDE & their policy of “no tag, no sale” is absurd!! Why can’t they retag the item & sell it?? We’ll definitely take our business to Goodwill & Salvation Army from now on! Savers sucks!!"

"A joke Usually Saver’s is pretty clean and decent, but this location was quite run down and unpleasant. I lost count at 4 items after my first 15 minutes in the store being incredibly stained and still on the floor and with ridiculous prices. First purse isn’t even worth a dime, that should have been tossed out. Now they do have a lot of selection of items versus some other Savers, but the high high prices and dirty store and items make you want to wash your hands good after stepping in here"
