"I came to this location spent a good 45 min looking through clothes and found quite a bit as I'm waiting for a fitting room then was told their rooms were closed. Last time I came to the location I was told it was closed for lunch. I couldn't wait around an hour so I left. Both times didn't purchase anything."
"we walked into the waikele outlets a week ago today and as soon as we walked in the guy that was on the door said into his walkie talkie “watch the two people that just walked in with 6 bags and the female has a black handbag” there was only a few other people in the store but it was so disgusting to hear that and I know it was solely because my partner is a man of colour. i physically could not shops there anymore and i had to walk out of the store as soon as i saw that and i am so sad because i always spend so much on guess everytime im at waikele"
"I visited the store on 2/10/2021. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Every worker there made (safe) contact with me to ensure that I found what I needed. The store was clean and tidy. The workers seemed to work very well with each other communicating and sharing tasks. I hate shopping and they made the experience enjoyable. Mahalo!"
"Shopped at Guess Factory today such a great bargain with lots of options such as many clothing available, various clothing too. Just a note to the Guess staff in particular, when a customer AKA me, ask for assistance with products, Eg; I asked if someone could get me another pair of shorts in different colours, try not to sigh in front of me!! As a customer spending $300 in your store or to any customer, you should be providing positive customer service instead of all talking to eachother with your ear piece and not taking notice of customers. Overall, great prices!"
"Wish I could give it 0 stars. The reviews speak for themselves. Atrocious customer service. Item left out of the bag and no responsibility taken, but manager took assistants word that it had been placed in the bag. No solution offered, other than to get to another shopping centre to pick up replacement item. (A bit difficult when we are travelling from overseas and don't have access to a car and on our last day.) DO NOT shop here and do not waste your time."
