"Well first time visiting this store and I must say they have a lot of good things I would have bought. Me and my wife walked in the store and the three employees were behind the counter when we walked in, we were in there for at least ten minutes and not a greeting of any kind or asking if we were looking for anything and or needed help. There were no other customers in the store and they were just there gossiping. Middle of the afternoon on a Monday. Customer service really needs some work."
"I was looking for snow pants, which is difficult to find in Hawaii. Luckily, they carry a small selection of winter sports gear. Unfortunately, they didn't have any pants colors that would match the jacket I had, but one of the workers had me try on what they had for measurements. Meanwhile, he looked up snow pants that could be ordered through them, narrowing down my options with size and color. He placed the order and transferred me to the cashier, where I paid ($130). I received a notification three days later that my order had arrived at the store! Upon arrival, another worker whom I've never met, knew about my order and dashed to the back. He returned quickly, along with the guy that had helped me a few days prior. We did a quick check, and I was on my way. The workers were energetic and ready to help! I really appreciate the excellent service the guy (I never learned his name) who placed my order, provided!"

"The shop was clean and everything seemed easy to find. The worker that helped me there was so knowledgeable and a fun person to talk to. I wanted to learn more about the Hawaii exclusive merchandise and the worker was able to fill me in on all the necessary details. Looking forward to visiting again and talking to the same worker."
