"Disappointed in their selling process. I brought in a gently used baby swing and they only offered me about 5% of the retail price. I recommend selling direct to someone else via Facebook Marketplace if you have time instead of bothering to bring it to them for an insulting offer. They have a large selection of second hand baby gear, but it’s overpriced. Wasn’t impressed by their toy section either."

"BEWARE OF SELLING AS WELL AS PURCHASING HERE!! I took a bag of clothes in and they took around 30 items and wanted to give me $10 or $15 in store credit. I have consigned clothes for many years in many different states and this place will rip you off. They will buy from a seller at such a low value and then up charge almost 1000%. Meaning they will buy a piece of clothing for .07 and sell it to someone else for $7.00 I always loved to buy second hand and have for many years. However, now that I know they take advantage of the customers and the sellers. I will not purchase nor sell to them again. Please be very careful of this place they will take full advantage of you and your hard earned money."
