"This is my go-to SXS shop for repairs. They did a great job finding and fixing some little things I missed at my 50-hour service. There is not really a good spot for trailer parking on their lot, so I'd recommend parking on the street or the lot directly south of them to temporarily unload."

"Bought a bike in Portland and was traveling through NV when I had a mishap. Tried to figure out what I was going to do about it on a Sunday afternoon. Was pleasantly surprised when I realized Reno Cycles and Gear was actually open. They were closer than Vegas so I took it there. Had I been clear thinking, I would have rented a vehicle and brought it home to NM as I know my local dealer and they are excellent. After reading several reviews, I am hopeful that Reno Cycles and Gear will get me on the road. The service section was closed, so they rolled it right in the front door and left it on the showroom floor. Not good for my ego but a safe place for the Challenger. I was also appreciative that the nice lady up front, sorry I’m horrible with names, drove me to where I needed to go. Thanks for a great experience and can’t wait to get it back to continue my adventure. After reading several other reviews, and as a business owner, we must all be a little more patient. Small business is struggling to maintain quality and loyal employees. These are tough times for everyone. I appreciated that these employees were there on a weekend when most motorsports businesses are closed."
