Sprinkler Master Repair (Reno, NV)

"We have used this company before and would have given them 5 stars. However we just had them here this morning to winterize our sprinkler system. Approximately a half hour after they left we realized that we had no water in our house! They likely forgot to turn the water source back on at the main shut off ? My husband called immediately and of course he just got voicemail. Now he is pouring over our inspection papers from when we bought our house a year ago to find out where our main shut off is..when he should be working. Not impressed! ..that is a simple simple thing that shouldn't have been overlooked. Also..they are not really open 24 hours if they never have a real person answering the phone, are they ? Needless to say, we will find a new company going forward."

"Had them installed sprinklers in my front lawn in 2021, Glad I chose to have them do it than some other people who says they can do it. I wanted it professionally done so I chose to call this company. And they did. I was happy & still happy with the results. "Everyone knows that feeling when something is not working right and you need help ASAP. I had called 3 places each one told me I would need to wait 3 days for someone to even look at my sprinkler irrigation system. "Quick to respond and very professional. Had a sprinkler head that was broken off during construction and lost in the yard. This was causing the rest of the system to not work properly. They were able to find the issue promptly and get it fixed within an hour. They also took the time to address some other minor issues like re alignment and Made sure the complete system was working. Prices were very fair and it was money well spent. We'll definitely use again in the future for any of my irrigation problems."
