"Great service and friendly staff"
"We worked with a Carpet One estimator selecting floor product. The estimator came to our house, gave us an estimate, and we signed the contract. When the product arrived, it worked well on floor, but would not completely cover the stairs. The nose cap did not fit properly, the stair tread was exposed on the sides (not completely covered), and holes in the stair riser are left exposed. We paid a premium for a high quality job. The foreman insist the quality is acceptable. We stopped the installation and are disputing the contract. Carpet One's estimator is not knowledgeable of the limitations of their products and the installer foreman insists low quality work is acceptable. We paid a premium at Carpet One and had high expectations! Not so!"
