"Their tea is never steeped long enough. If you ask for extra steep they charge you and still dont steep long enough. It would be different if they left your tea in the drink when serving, but they don't. It's like you ask for extra steep and they serve you your tea sans leave in five minutes. How does that make sense? Please, put the leaves back in and get back to me in 5 more minutes. Your tea is weak!!!"
