"Would avoid this location with their new security directing traffic. Needs a better drive thru with more space for people to be able to get in without having to park in someone elses parking lot to get a drink. One of there worst locations for space."
"Their security there is rude as hell and they can't seem to get it through their heads that if you see a car go around 10 times not to let other cars go in before them. It's not ok and no wonder they lose business. If I wanted to park and walk in between all the cars I would have from the start. The one time I did go up they gave my drink to someone else and I had to wait for ONE DRINK more than 20 min. Also, when I leave a tip which most days they make me feel bad because they have to split it with everyone and it comes out to way less."
"The drinks are great and the staff of Dutch Bros is always fantastic and friendly. Unfortunately this location has hired some private security presumably to prevent any line on the street and having to circle the block 15 times while other cars pull in is an absolute joke. The security person who turned us away was overly rude and condescending and I will be making the 10 minute drive further south to the other location to avoid this jackassery in the future."
"This place was packed on a Tuesday morning. We went through the drive through and had never been to the place before. We were told to look up the menu online and to order at the window. It would have been nice to have a chance to order prior to the window because we then had to wait outside of the line to get our drinks. We didn’t end up drinking the drinks anyways. We ordered chai drinks and they came with coffee in them. Not typical and it wasn’t disclosed on the menu."
"1 of the highlights of my week. Since moving to a different part of town I really miss my daily coffee stop, and my coffee friends. The quality of the coffee is enough to make me a loyal customer, but the staff are what make Dutch a place I look forward to visiting. They are friendly, efficient and if you are a regular they make you part of the family. I wish they had more locations in Reno/Sparks. Until then I will drive for my weekly coffee treat."
