"Oof! This is for their pharmacy specifically, made an appointment for 2:15 for a vaccination and 50 minutes later and still waiting to receive it. The front ladies are very nice and at least acknowledge you, but having to wait that long is a little frustrating. I get being short-staffed, I work in healthcare too but at least update or prioritize who arrives first."
"Poor customer service today. Very disappointing. Perhaps Walgreens should follow CVS's lead and install self check out kiosks so we don't have to deal with this. I would also suggest your worry more about shoplifters instead of paying customers like myself."
"This store is such trash. Dirty, not stocked whatsoever, and horrible management. This guy has zero personality, and will probably be stuck with that Walgreens his entire life. He was a was a younger, skinny, Hispanic guy. Also, the guy at the checkout is not all there. Just go to CVS across the street. This place is disgusting."
"Great location, safe and well lit. Very clean inside. Lucas, the photography manager, was very helpful when I needed to have some issues resolved regarding some printing issues with some recent snapshots. The rest of the staff is also very easy to work with. Not sure why this location is getting hammered with negative reviews, but keep in mind that drug stores deal with a lot of unhappy, sick people. The only thing I could say I would like to see here is later hours, because I like to get snacks late at night. But that's more a problem of mine than it is of Walgreens."
"The waiting time to pick up a prescription is absolutely ridiculous. A transaction that involves a prescription that is ready to be picked up should take lrss than five minutes to complete.. One of the pharmacy techs that I've had the displeasure of dealing requires assistance on practically every transaction. Last time I was there, this person was "helping" a customer and stood there like a deer in the headlights for 30 minutes until someone could break free to assist. They need to hold employees accountable for poor performance and implement metrics to measure customer service."
