"We were new to Reno. My girl started from Sept.5th in Goddard. We had a happy beginning, Ms. DJ was so nice to my girl. She left on Sept.18th because she and Ms. Sara had difficult working relationship. I was told that my girl was disenrolled in the morning on Sept.21st and Sept. 22nd would be her last day. They just left me 1 day for that. Your daughter cannot understand or speak English that it’s difficult for them to keep her there, Ryan said. When I requested for the enrollment, I told that my girl was delayed in speech and she cannot understand English. And they said that’s not a problem. Besides that, I found my girl was treated coldly when I sent her to the classroom in the morning from 2 days before she was disenrolled. That’s really heartbreaking."
