"Needed to exchange a birthday gift my son received. Haven't been inside a Barnes & Noble in at least 20 years. Not much has changed! The store itself is huge(!), very well laid out, lots of space between racks/ areas, a great kids section with a toy/collectible area. There's tons of seating and plenty of things to choose from beyond just books. What a fun little trip. We'll definitely be back when we have more time to peruse."
"Besides the cashier, as soon as I walked in, everybody was in a rush to kick me out. I came in about 20 minutes before their closing time, I was looking to get a poster and had to use the restroom. I heard the two employees is talking negatively about me right outside the door of the bathroom. And as soon as I got out, she had complained to me about how she, just mopped the floors. I felt extremely uncomfortable, and rushed. This was my one location I loved going to but this experience ruined it for me."

"Came with my wife for the midnight release of “House of Flame & Shadow.” We called far in advance to join the list, but once we arrived and came to the table they didn’t have any record of it (who knows if it was on us or them.) Long story short, Delaney, a staff member sought us out and gave my wife the exclusive wristband - made her whole day. Thanks Delaney!"
"Wonderful store! They have a great selection of fiction and non-fiction, their bathrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. They helped me find what I was looking for quickly and I like their selection of stationery."
