"Found the dress for my brothers wedding and a jacket to go with! Not a great selection, but we made it work! Great prices as always though. Pretty clean. The staff are polite and helpful. We helped translate for one of the store members, but he wasn’t super knowledgeable about where things were located. Changing rooms were pretty clean."
"Stopped here because I was in the area. I don't live close but the cashier put my merch in the bag and the receipt and called the next customer. Never handed me the bag so I picked it up myself and I ended up leaving without all my stuff. Called customer service and explained what happened they were nice and refunded it back to my card. But I really wanted those rugs...1 star for store service but 4 stars for customer service!"
"Visit time 7pm on a Thursday: The location- is great, its in a wonderful outdoor shopping mall/market place. Arrival: Security guard welcomed us as we walked in the door. Merchandise- The store is large, carries a large selection of items, and for the most part its organized. But... its messy. Some rows are hard to walk down because they are packed, have things on the floor, or are to narrow to walk down, so one way traffic only if you have a cart. Bathrooms- they are located back by the dressing rooms. You must ask a sales associate to unlock the door for you. (Drinking fountains next to bathrooms are taped off, not sure if they are broke or just not being used due to covid) the restrooms (at least the woman's) was filthy. Toilet paper and seat paper where all over. Toilets are in need of a good cleaning as well. No paper towels, just hand dryers. Checkout lines: Long, but quickly moving. Upon leaving, noticed an Amazon Dropbox located inside the store! That was nice to see! I didn't know this location had one of these. Giving 3 stars. They need to improve the store cleanliness and isle organization."
