"Our 8 month old purebred English Retriever came back from boarding with open wounds on his neck. The boarders tried to claim he might have gotten his head stuck in the crate that he was kept in. The boarder even admitted she has cut herself on the crate because it has sharp, rusted edges. Based on their story and the picture of the crate they sent us, the story just didn’t add up. We ended up with an emergency vet bill of over $500. The vet said the wounds were consistent with negligent use of a shock collar. The boarders denied these claims and never once apologized for what happened. After a few phone calls and pictures of our dog’s neck, they did partially refund us for the boarding. We thought this would be a good fit because they had good reviews. We did however, after the fact, after more research, find some bad reviews that were similar to our situation. Something is happening to dogs under their care. We’ll never know what really happened, but we could never in good faith recommend this company."

"If I could give this company 6 stars I would! She is excited to go with them Every time! We could tell she was part of the family from the very 1st stay! We have used this company at least 6 times For pet sitting but they also offer grooming services which we've taken advantage of with her stays. It's very affordable and they offer amazing discounts for military families and extended stays. They are very trustworthy and friendly. We love to travel and go on trips and I know we will continue to use this company in the future, This is our go to company and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our Honey."

"We started using Happy Tails Doggy Care a few years. Their rates are reasonable and they have always been awesome. Our kids(dogs) love going there and are always excited. They take great care of our dogs. If you are boarding your dogs for a more than a couple days (I think 5) they will pick up and drop off for free. They do have family time and let us know that in advance, if you can't be prompt when picking up or dropping off your dog, that is on you, not them. They have always been willing to work with us if we had time issues when doing the pick-up and drop-off. They also offer military discounts. One of our dogs would never play with other dogs, when we dropped her off we them know, a few days later they send a video of her playing with a bunch of other dogs, they are amazing and I highly recommend!"
