"So wish I lived closer. The first Costco I went to where all the cashier staff truly knew what they were doing. Efficiency was definitely their name. Although the store wasn't as busy as some. Likely because they were new, i felt they could handle a huge busy holiday season. The store looked fresh, clean, and put together. Well stocked and plenty of people to assist if needed. The only downside is that they do not sell diesel fuel, and the prices are more expensive than many for what I'm sure is due to the area. That was disappointing and will keep many from visiting."

"My wife and I wanted to see the new Costco location in Verrado and needless to say we will not be going back to that location and wouldn't recommend. My wife was standing in line and to make things easier as always she placed all barcodes upward to be easily scanned. As we approached the cashier (Tina), aggressively placed our 4 items on the conveyor, my wife apologized and told her we did this at all locations. My wife then asked why this was done and cashier responded in a rude tone saying it was for accuracy and that they had been having issues with this and rolled her eyes. Cashier then proceeded to have a conversation with a coworker about this and said how some people have no issue with it and others ask too many questions. Neither employee even acknowledged that my wife and I were still there. As we walked out my wife then had to ask what the return policy was since the other employee practically threw our fragile item in cart (photo attachedis the fragile item). Guest service is a big part of my reviews especially since I know 1st hand having had over 12 years experience in retail and I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but no matter what this is no way to respond or to treat anyone."

"This store just opened in July 2023 and is conveniently located off I-10 and Verrado. Place is larger than most costco in the Valley. It's only Sept and they have Christmas items on display. Well I just stopped in to grab a bite to eat for dinner for the long drive to Phoenix. Will definitely be back this way soon."

"This is a really nice new store. The layout is a little different than most other Costco stores I've visited. It also feels just a little smaller. However, it still has a very extensive selection of items, many of which are unique to this location. The employees are very helpful, and the place is immaculate. The best part is that it's not overcrowded like other locations, which makes the shopping experience even more pleasant!"
