"If you need a life saving medication, don’t have it sent here. They mess up everything, they are very inconsistent, they hang up on you when you call for information. I have to jump through hoops to get the medicine I need for the procedure I need to remove a tumor. They suck here and the pharmacist does too! Their lack of knowledge is really disturbing. This is not the first time I had an issue with them. I need to find a better pharmacy!"
"I’m about to get a UTI just waiting here in this drive thru line trying to pick up my meds. 10/23 - got here at 330pm currently it’s 4:17pm and there’s still 2 cars ahead of me lol. What a joke. Update: 4:40pm. Got my meds. Geez."
"Drive thru pharmacy is so slow & consistently takes 30+ mins in the afternoon. Took my mom who is elderly & visiting us to pick up a temporary fill from a different Walgreens after we called & they confirmed an hour for pickup. We went to pick up an hour & a half later & they tell us they’re out of her medication. She is in need of this medication as she has breathing problems so it would have been great if they called us instead of wasting our time & now having to find another pharmacy that does have her medication since it was almost lunch time & they couldn’t take the time to check where it could be filled. Absolutely unacceptable"
"I would put 5 starts but the fact that probably manager makes employees put on the shelf products that look sticky and broken, mostly soaps, that is an insult to customers trying to sell stuff that belongs to the trash, now employees are super nice that is why I keep coming, except for manager the heavy white old lady, once she was starring at me making faces like she was angry, anyways I spends tens of dollars a week here."
