"This Frys Marketplace has an outstanding floral department! Franchesca seems to be at work seven days week because this area of the store ALWAYS looks neat and fully stocked. She has helped me several times to put an arrangement of flowers together and taken the time to assist me with custom gifts of balloons etc. She clearly is a professional that sincerely cares about her customers. I was in the store today and noticed this gorgeous display of Hydrangeas she had just finished creating - what a sight! Highly impressed with Franchesca and this store in general. Great first impression of this store when you walk in the door!"

"This store is great..sometimes. There are never enough baggers, and when you get a cashier that has one, the bagger leaves and no replacement comes. Or they move at a glacier pace. Managers are scarce, especially when an override is needed. They will look at you after a service call has been made and then turn around and walk the other direction, leaving customers and cashiers waiting for several minutes. Customers are seeking out managers to come help and there is still a wait. While this store location is much better than the one on Watson -cleaner, shelves are stocked. There needs to be more staff to accommodate the needs of the high volume of customers, especially during the Winter when snow birds are in town."

"Grocery selection and prices are great. However, there is often an issue with there being no carts in the store! The management is not prioritizing getting the carts back to their proper place. As I type this there are three cart retrievers standing in the parking lot chatting instead of fixing a huge problem. It's irritating to walk into the store, realize there aren't any carts, and having to go back out to the parking lot to scavenge for one."

"Has an employee that hasn't been paid in weeks and doesn't care to rectify the situation. Also this store is always out of stock of mass items, for the only big grocery store around in miles you would think it could do better. Obviously the management is reflected in these issues as they seem to be doing a very poor job of keeping this store running. No employees half the time and empty shelves the other half the time. Maybe if your employees got their paychecks and didn't have to harass you they would stay and your shelves could be somewhat stocked."

"This location has become a favorite for me. It’s close and is usually stocked very well! The produce section is awesome! Love how open and bright it is- I use self checkout so I don’t interact with employees a lot but when I have, it’s been good. Truthfully,I wish I could stay out of the store ( spend too much) but every time I visit it’s been great!"
