""Extremely dissatisfied with the cashier at the Dollar General store, specifically regarding FedEx services. The cashier had no scanner to scan my FedEx QR Code, and despite standing there like a fool, I was neither helped nor asked for assistance. This lack of basic customer service, coupled with the inability to handle essential tasks like scanning QR codes, made for a frustrating and inconvenient experience. I strongly advise against using their FedEx services. UPDATE: Came again the next day and it went just fine."
"Lately they have had signs on the door saying exact cash only no cards. It’s been happening more frequently and so inconvenient."
"When the store first opened a few years ago, the managers and staff were very nice and mature. Today there was no staff in the store itself, even at the checkout when we came in, and heavy rock music was blasting through the store. Ten minutes later still no one around and person waiting to check out. I made the rounds of the store twice, no one. I finally found someone in the back employees only area. She was not helpful and argumentive. She called me rude. Was the manager I learned, calling a customer names!"
"What is the point of adding online to these stores that have no want in fulfill online orders. Everytime I make an order they come up with an excuse to cancel and to top it off take three to five days to refund your money. I love dollar general specials but wow your customers service needs a lot of work."
"Updating my review because as a customer on 12/24 12:16 pm women on the register closest to the door said “ the bathroom is out of order” I know they have two bathrooms I just came last night and am here often because its down the street from my home an convenient. I asked if both of them were out and you could just see the lie come out of her mouth “ ugh yea both of them sorry” it feels like I’m walking into a circle k where employees that were here before care for their customers. The women manager that has been their for some time typically at night is great, the night shift crew great it’s just some people don’t care."
