"Have been taking my ferrets here for a couple years. Usually service is good but they recently went in for a small procedure but was told the doctor wasn’t in (so who is doing this procedure and why are we paying for “exotic vet” when “nurses” are doing all the work? They seem to not really know how to hold a ferret so that didn’t instill confidence."

She’s taken care of my bearded dragon and my senior chihuahua, and was supportive and kind when we had to make the difficult decision to let them cross the rainbow bridge when it was time. Dr. Patt also takes care of my 2 bunnies, and we’ll be returning to her with our new puppy too! I can’t say enough wonderful things about each and every single staff member at LCVH.
