"Hi All, Online orders are terrible here!!! I've placed a few orders for groceries at this Frys store and when I arrive they can never find my order. I have to then go into the store and the Manager will say they can't fix or work on online orders.... terrible customer service here and lazy staff that do not want to do their jobs. I'll be going to Safeways from now on."
"OOF. Do not shop here if you are pressed for time and/or if patience is not a virtue of yours. The checkout lines here get ridiculously long, so much so that I will do what I can to avoid returning to this location. Lines that are 10+ people deep really are unacceptable under normal circumstances (I do understand if that happens during the holidays or other special times, not the case here though). Yes, this store is very busy, but the management really needs to take that into account with how they staff the store. Also, the Fry's/Kroger corporate level would do well to consider renovating this location; the customer traffic is definitely there and the surrounding area is affluent, so the way the store looks and feels should reflect that. Until then, though, the crazy long lines need to be addressed, and better cleaning would help freshen up the place as well."
"Its a normal fry's but please be cautious. I've done both self check out and been through a cashiers line and had to return because we were missing a bag of groceries when we got home. Its annoying that it happened at all, but twice out of the three recent visits we've been there? Used to be our favorite frys before we moved. Just happened to be in the area and needed some items. Its clean, great deli. But disappointed."
"My brother has been in town, so we decided to go to Safeway for the time he was here. We went back to Frys now that he has left and I am remembering why my subconscious told me to NOT take family to Frys. Cramped isles, lightly staffed, and nobody was around to open up a locked case for us. It took us moving their store displays in the isle to find the popcorn we wanted. And $1.29 for a single egg is not a LOW PRICE."
