"Diane at customer services is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I never had a problem until now. I made a official complaint but nothing was done she still had an attitude. She needs to removed to another department or be fired!!!!"
"Bought chicken at the deli and a frozen bag as well. I got home to make dinner but when I unwrapped the chicken from the deli, it smelled terrible and it was slimy. So okay great, at least I still had a bag of frozen chicken for a last-ditch effort. Nope. I opened the bag to find partially-frozen chicken breasts, and my 9 minute drive home in my cold vehicle would not have thawed the chicken breasts to the extent that they were. Shoutout to the customer service lady tho for making it a speedy return process. I never shop at this Fry’s but I was at the nearby bank so I tried to save time. Nope. Val Vista/Warner is the best."
"I will never get food from this store ever again (Gilbert and baseline). This is the second time I’ve received moldy food from a pick up order. Last Tuesday I had an order and the Oaxaca cheese I received was moldy even though the best by date wasn’t until December. Picked up an order on Friday, 3 days later go to eat a bagel (today) and they are moldy with a best by date of Nov 23rd. Not only have I been receiving moldy food, my order is NEVER ready by the time slot given. I understand this is a convenient service they offer and things happen, but when it’s week after week after week, it gets ridiculous. As a mom of 3 (2 toddlers), this service is definitely the best way for me to get all my groceries since I can’t fit 2 kids and groceries in one cart. Please do better Fry’s."
"I love this store. It reminds me of Fred Meyer which I miss. The selection is awesome for food, home and baby. They have clothes, outdoor furniture, & kids toys. I do think that they could use more staff, but I am giving them (and everyone else) a pass right now on that. Seems to be an issue everywhere. I have a smaller Fry’s closer to me but I come here when I have the time."
