"I very nicely asked the manager, Tim, if he would honor the digital coupon for an item because my phone did not have enough storage to download the app which was the only way to get the coupon. I even showed him on my phone. If he was not able to do it I would have been fine with that, but instead he started speaking to me so rudely, saying I tried this same stunt with him last week. I was confused, I politely corrected him saying he must have me mistaken with someone else, I don't shop at that frys and I've never spoken to him or even seen him in my life, but he continued with this strange accusation that I asked him to use a digital coupon last week. Ok, that is simply not true, however, even if that had been the case, which it was not, is that a crime to ask if they can honor digital coupons without you downloading the app? Because that's how he was treating me, like I was some sort of criminal, it was bizarre to say the least. Finally I just left. It wasn't about the discount, it's about customer service. I was being treated as if I'm stealing or lying for asking for a digital coupon. Ridiculous. I left about $45 dollars worth of groceries, was a one dollar coupon really worth treating a customer that way when they were running a coupon special anyway? I gave them a chance but I'll be headed back to my trusty Safeway. I definitely won't be back to frys."

"I don't shop here except I have to for work. Alyssa little teenager girl needs not only training but an attitude adjustment. Managers like Michael are supposed to take fault and apologize for such rudeness but his sympathy lies with the little white girl. Shout out to Tim for handling business properly but an apology would be nicer than an excuse from both Alyssa for her rudeness and ignorance and Mike for making me feel like nothing would come from my call about the girl which he also witnessed from the help desk. Impressed at the wild behavior of these employees Mark and Rebecca booo"

"I would AVOID this branch of Fry's. Go to a different one, if you can. There were two items marked on sale and was verified by another associate, but when I got to the front, a different cashier lady claimed only one was on sale. It was upsetting, and we ended up just cancelling the other item. Then after, she was asking for a copy of our receipt? Always went to a different Frys and this was the FIRST time this happened to me. Never going there again."

"Why is there a literal 20 minute wait at the checkout??? There were at least 15 people in line, only 2 actual human beings at real registers (like 8 empty physical registers), half of the self-checkout is ALWAYS DOWN at every Fry’s, and one of the self checkouts was out of order (on the side that was open). Maybe move one of the employees to the other self checkout side and turn them on? Otherwise, what’s the reason for having so many self checkouts if half of them are ALWAYS DOWN? I had a handful of items, but there were at least 12 very full carts ahead of me so I just walked over to the coffee shop and sat down to wait out whatever was going on and to write this review. This is madness. Customer service was totally bogged down too… I have never left a cart or basket full of groceries before, but today really tested my patience. Anyway, it looks like the line is getting a little bit shorter now - no wait… Nevermind. Oh there goes the manager. She’s walking by all this nonsense very briskly so she MUST be super busy…. :-/ Manager walked right by all of us and didn’t bother to open up a register herself. Seems like something is seriously out of control at this particular Fry’s location…"

"Dont go here, any frys supermarket is better than this location. If you are coming here for the Deli, cut your losses, you dont know what they do the meat (personal experience with relitive working here) and there is no organization what-so-ever. They have a ticket counter and a number machine for this exact reason and they dont use it (see photo: number 35 on board and number 41 on paper and they were serving someone without a ticket) There is a line of people waiting with tickets in their hands and whoever barges to the front gets helped first. I dont support anything like that because its not fair to the quiet guy. This used to be my go to grocery shop because of the coupons and deals but some of them have been getting kinda scammy, I literally feel scammed into going into the store when I'm going in for one item and the app tells me there is a sale for pick up and then I go in and the tags say the sale is still there and I even read the fine print for the limit on purchase and then I get to the checkout and the sale is only valid if you purchase $25 or more. Okay fine, I get that's a deal, but advertise it. I would have gone to Costco had I known that."
