"Worse customer service experience today thanks to Letty at self checkout. It’s baffling that an adult woman feels the need to lecture a customer in self checkout. The fact that I thanked her for her helpful self checkout information and then proceeded to ignore me says allot . You hate your job and therefore take it out on customers with your attitude. I called the store and spoke to Mark who identified themselves as the manager and he was professional and polite , much appreciated Mark. I will shop elsewhere now , customer service is key everywhere I hope Letty finds her forte elsewhere as customer is not it."
"My first time ever going to a winco. The store was clean and well stocked. But had a horrible experience with the self checkout lady because she said I had to many items and needed to go to a regular register. She was very rude. Went to a regular register and had an issue with paying. I used ebt and they clerk was also very rude and the comments he was making because I was having issues made me feel so bad. I was almost in tears by the time I was able to pay and get out the store."
"It's a WinCo's, which means you clean stores, wide aisles, helpful employees, debit only payments and pretty good selection. I have only been to a few but come away satisfied. This store was quieter than others but it could be because of weekday Holiday season effect. The best part is probably great bulk good selection and water refill prices. The store brand items could do better job of replicating the taste, and an aisle directory or more visible aisle descriptions from various angles could help but those are minor area for improvement."
