"Dr. Hess is the most caring and professional vet I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She spent a significant amount of time with my pet to ensure she had an accurate diagnosis. Additionally, she spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me to ensure I understood all of my dog’s test results. We had almost lost hope because nobody seemed to be able to help our dog, but Dr. Hess did! I would highly recommend Dermatology for animals."
"I CANNOT express how much I adored working with the whole team here Dr. Parsiola was hands down the most genuine animal provider I have ever encountered with all of my animals. She truly makes her patients her own family in her heart. Unfortunately my sweet Maxwell had to be put down but our Dr. was so patient with the care of Maxwell and the extent of his terrible illness. She very lovingly expressed options for us and even when I was unsure and back and forth, she allowed me to have that room to do so. This team was very quick to communicate anything we needed and Dr. Parsiola was hands down on top of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for our sweet boy who we will miss tremendously-thank you."
"The staff was very pleasant. The reason I gave them a one star rating, I left there knowing the same issue that my pet had from my vet with no resolution unless I wanted to spend $2500 to get my pets ears cleaned that is absurd. It was a very expensive visit when all they did was look in my dogs ear canal."
"After numerous appts. with other Vets we finally know what is wrong with our kitten. Dr. Lewis and all of the staff were extremely comforting and professional with our kitten "Alix" and she is now being treated for this rare disease and showing signs of improvement.
