I called and as I was describing my list of fixes, David offered to drive over to get a better idea of the job. While doing the walk through of what we needed done, we just knew this was the our guy. Many houses in this area have been 'lived in for a while' and are aged. He and his wife Maurine (they worked as a team) were both respectful and professional. They were thorough and as they did the upgrades/repairs needed also repaired some unexpected surprises. They communicated along the way and made sure we knew what signs to look for and what to do if we had problems in the future.
