As I spoke, Ricardo was preparing to assess the problem with our furnace. He is a asset to your company, are are most vets. I may be biased, but a veteran usually has good qualities. It turned out to be a very simple, but dangerous problem. We had a wire that was grounding the step down transformer. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed. Thanks again, Ricardo and Steve.
