"Just amazed by this pool company. We live up north and this home is our rental in the valley. After our tenants left the pool turned green, the backwash valve was broken, the pump wasn’t coming on, and there were mosquitoes. I got multiple estimates and this company texted us and said they had already put chlorine in the pool to get rid of mosquitoes before they sent over an estimate. Honestly who would do this?! His estimate was exceptional and I had him repair our pool and will now be providing us with a weekly service. Don’t look any further, Shimmering Waters is your go to pool company. Thank you! Lissa"

"The team at Shimmering Waters do not play the games other pool services sometimes do. On first contact, they offered a more than fair price for the materials and labor. There was no last second switching or hidden cost. They were professional in their work. Highly recommend."

"BEWARE! Owner WILL ghost you! I have been working with Dan (owner) of Shimmering Water Pool Services for over a year and had a wonderful technician, Naason! Upon initial service request set up with Dan, he ensured me during our 30 minute phone call that the pool services I was setting up with his company would allow me to be hands-off for my pool. According to Dan, they would take care of everything. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Skip ahead 8 months, Naason has been coming out every week to clean the pool; however, our salt cell and our filter has yet to be cleaned. I had to reach out to Dan in order to get this scheduled and was charged an additional $110 on top of the $116/month he charges me already for cleaning. I called Dan on Sept. 19th to ask him about this charge given that our initial conversation was that they would "take care of everything" and let him know about some other concerns I had regarding the cleanings (e.g. lids not being sealed correctly or air in the lines). Dan told me that we could stop service at the end of the month (September) since I was already paid through since it seemed like I wasn't happy with my service. I reiterated that there just seemed to be a miscommunication and I wasn't ready to end my service with Shimmering Waters. At the end of the conversation, he said "Well let me how you want to proceed". Shortly after that discussion, I texted Dan on Sept. 27th and again on the 28th to get on the schedule for filter cleaning which he never responded to. I also called him on Sept. 30th and left a message to have him call me back to confirm the next filter cleaning. I NEVER heard from Dan again. And Naason never showed up to service our pool! This is completely unprofessional! Since this time, I have switched companies to Lions Head Pool Specialist and the owner, Jessica, is absolutely phenomenal! I would highly recommend finding another pool company to trust than Dan at Shimmering Waters."

"Service is really poor. They are usually in and out in less than 5 mins. All they do is empty the waste basket, put in chemicals, & test the waters. They do not brush the pool wall or bottom of the pool very well. I would never recommend this service to anyone unless you like paying for service you don’t get. That’s why I cancel after 1 month of service not worth the money. I suggest looking elsewhere for your service and the owner has very poor attitude."

"A wonderful experience. Was treated with respect. Very polite and efficient business. Would recommend to anyone. They were here when promised, worked efficiently and very pleasant to speak with. All my concerns were addressed. Any questions I had were answered in layman's terms No surprises. They really delivered. Will definitely use again. This is what I call Customer Service at it's best!"
