"I had a water leak from a pipe in my ceiling, and reached out to Chris. I am a first time homeowner who had no idea what to do with this problem. Chris walked me through all the recommended steps. He came over that afternoon to inspect the damage and measure the extent of it. I'd heard horror stories of contractors going way above and beyond to tear up houses for extra money. Chris showed me the instrument he uses to measure moisture in the wood and drywall, and tested everything in front of me. He explained the remediation and demo process and got everything torn out in a few hours the same week. His crew was awesome - I work from home and they were great about keeping any disruptions to a bare minimum. They moved all my furniture and took care not to scratch or damage anything by using cushioning on all edges. They even took apart the kitchen table. They cleaned up after themselves; in fact, that part of the house was even cleaner than it was before they came! Chris left the debris in trash bags in a neat pile and hauled everything away first thing the following morning. He recommended a contractor to come out and do repairs, and that guy was great to meet with. Repairs have yet to start, as this just happened a week ago. But as far as the remediation and demo process, I was very happy with the work by Chris and his crew."
