Worked with Chris who took my parts and a pretty detailed list of instructions (specific wiring I wanted orientation of fans and gpu etc) and put this beauty together. "The staff here are wonderful, they give you all the information you need to decide what to do about your hardware. They cleaned up an old laptop for my dad, getting rid of a ton of malware and viruses. They gave me great advice on how to texts onto a new phone and fixing glass on an oldish iPad, even though they don't perform those services themselves. Reasonable prices too!"

He responded to all of my communications quickly. His assistant Chris worked on her laptop and kept her informed. He ran diagnostic checks, replaced the memory part that was needed, cleaned some corrosion he found, and even installed needed updates. She dropped it off one day and it was ready the very next day!
