"We have been using this vet for at least 15 years. Over the years they have been consistently providing the finest care. They are always professional, thoughtful and caring. We had to put a cat down a few years ago and Dr. Balke truly made the experience a better one with her kind words and care of our beloved cat. Recently we had to take our cat for a sanitary shave after having very messy diarrhea. It was a mess and something we could not clean since it was so out of control, hard with packed on litter (TMI I know), and I felt badly for anyone having to deal with that. He possibly could have gotten an infection it was so bad on his poor inflamed booty. I am so grateful they were able to clean him up, get him a shot of antibiotics and give us cream. He is a new boy now and back to his usual sweet self. I am grateful I have a vet that I know I can count on. They have always gotten us in when we need appointments urgently too. Very accommodating and kind front desk staff."
