"I have practiced yoga all over the Valley, and I now happily make the drive to Anthem to practice at Fuego. It's a really welcoming environment. Their teachers are the best around -- experienced, knowledgeable and thoughtful. In their heated classes, the heat is used in a helpful and moderate way, so that there's more ease in stretching and more comfort in engaging muscles. The room has different temperature zones, and the teachers never let the heat get overwhelming as in other hot yoga studios I've visited. I think Fuego is a great place to learn, whether you're a newcomer or an experienced student. It is a wonderful yoga community!"
