"Following a move from England I was looking for something to break the week days up & came across Marcio Andre BJJ academy on social media offering a week free trial. With no previous martial arts/BJJ experience this was a step out of my comfort zone. From day one the staff have been welcoming & friendly. The Professor’s & trainers take the time to explain & coach techniques thoroughly. They are always on hand to help me improve, offer advice & answer my questions (often after the classes have finished). The academy has a real family friendly atmosphere & it is always a fun, positive & upbeat environment. Just wish I’d found MA BJJ academy when I first moved to PHX back in late 2022!"
