"What a joke!!! DO not go here! First off according to my insurance they charged more than they should have but I don’t have the time to hassle with that. Doctor was in and out of the room in 5 minutes! We’ll set up some tests is what i was told and he was gone! 3 weeks go by and i call to inquire about those tests and was told I would be called back to set up the date. It’s been 2 months and i still haven’t received a call. I all ready went elsewhere and was treated very professionally and have all my tests lined up. This place should be shut down!!!!!!"

"Pan was the worst person I have ever encountered. I waited 40 minutes in the room without being checked on. Then was ignored through the whole appointment and when I told them I felt like I wasn't Heard cause they kept throwing ibs at me when I know it isn't that cause that was already tested for. He told me that I didn't go to medical school I don't know what I'm talking about and was very rude and agresive. Even after telling him that I'm in a life threatening state cause he tried to say my conditions wernt that bad and that it's a problem I'm going to have to deal with on my own and to find another doctor. Do better listen and take your clients seriously or quit cause you can't do your job as is."

"The ONLY reason I gave them one star was to be able to write a review. This is THEE WORST facility I have ever been to. I will NEVER go to Banner anything again. They don't return calls, they make you wait hours for a scheduled procedure, they give no instructions after the procedure. The first medication they prescribed was outrageously priced. It took me THREE weeks and multiple calls to the office to get a more reasonably priced medication. Even though, I was told repeatedly that the call had been escalated, I have yet to hear from Supervisor Veronica. Don't waste your time and money here."

"I have been a patient of Doctor Ratvatli for my gastric issues. I have always had poor service when trying to make an appointment to see the Doctor. When I called yesterday they stated that I needed a new referral I took care of that and now they still will not make an appointment. Because they stated they provider has to review the referral before I can see him. I have been in pain for 5 days. So staff does not care. Always remember your practice starts with that phone call patients do. I can see why patients leave this practice."
