"The mail annex is impossible to reach and the customer counter across the street is useless and incompetent. This may be the worst USPS location I've ever dealt with. Grade of F"

"Not only do these people deliver mail to the wrong address on a regular basis, they also refused to give me a package with my property in it because the shipper send it media mail and put it in a priority mail bag. The Post Office wanted to extort me for $25 dollars, or send my package back to the shipper. Absolutely criminal behavior. Why penalize the customer when the problem is on the shipper?"

"Tammy continues to mark my mailbox as vacant; even though, I check it daily and have labeled my box. I submitted a customer service request on April 20th, and it is still open with no response. The management team for the Vail Post Office do not care that my mail is missing."

"Online says it's open till 5 but it's only open till 4. I paid $30 to have an envelope overnighted for an important business deal and ended up just getting it stuffed back in my mailbox with no explanation or reasoning. I have sent to this address probably over a hundred times."

"As a rural post office the hours aren't great and you can't send mail overnight. If you need overnight service you have to drive up to Tucson. However, the service is great. When my husband is deployed and I send him packages overseas they remember me and ask if he's deployed again and thank me for our service. When I was traveling I had my mail on hold. The V.A. had a different address on file to send my meds while I was on vacation. The V.A. sent one of my medications to my home address by mistake. I needed that medication, and I needed it fast. I spoke on the phone with one of the employees there at the Vail Post Office (I don't recall her name). She made time to go across the street to mail holding, she went through all my mail, which was a lot because I was out of town for a couple months, and she got my medication into the mail that day. She then called me to reassure me that my medication had been found and was on its way. It arrived two days later, just in time."
